Peter Märki is an independent consultant who primarily supports the Institute of Agroecology (IfA) in product areas such as wine, fruits, and vegetables, as well as in competency areas such as marketing and quality assurance.
With a degree in agronomy from ETH and a dissertation in agricultural economics, Peter Märki has worked as a consultant in agricultural policy, director of Swiss vegetable producers, and especially for many years in responsible positions in marketing and purchasing in Swiss retail. At the age of 50, he became self-employed and dedicates himself with passion to his organic vineyard and various consulting mandates.
